Please read carefully. In this Agreement, the terms “you” and “yours” refer to the person using the Service.
If you do not accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, you are strictly prohibited from visiting, accessing, registering with and/or using this Service. The Service is continually under development, and we reserve the right to revise or remove any part of this Agreement or the Service in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. If you disagree with this Agreement or any terms or conditions herein, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Service. Your continued use after a change to this Agreement has been posted constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as modified by such changes.
If you have any trouble obtaining your prescription from your pharmacy after Kansas-TeleHealth.com has submitted a prescription, please contact us immediately so that we are able to choose another nearby pharmacy or lab.
If you complete a consultation with a Provider and fill a prescription through your local pharmacy, you will be responsible for picking up or otherwise obtaining the prescription product and paying the pharmacy directly for the cost of the prescription product.
Depending on the seriousness of your condition, an online Service may not be the most appropriate option. The Provider may determine that your diagnosis or treatment requires an in-person office visit with another local Provider who is not affiliated with Kansas-Telehealth.com.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how KsHealth.Care :: Kansas-Telehealth.com LLC (“KansasTelehealth”) collects and uses information through our online interfaces (e.g., websites and mobile applications),

We also work with third-party secure electronic prescription service providers. As discussed above, these third parties may use technologies such as cookies to deliver prescription information to your local pharmacy.

You can opt-out of receiving newsletter emails from KansasTelehealth by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in those particular emails.
We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information stored within the encrypted databases we control or manage. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that direct emails and other communications you send to us outside of our Site may not be encrypted, and we strongly advise you utilize your patient portal or directly on our website's contact form(s) to communicate any confidential information through these means.
This Site and Services are not intended for and are not directed to residents outside the state of Kansas. By using and accessing our Site, users who reside or are located in other states in the USA or countries outside of the United States will not be allowed to utilize our telehealth or medical services.

Kansas-Telehealth.com is HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant. The Providers have adopted Privacy Practices that describes how they use and disclose Protected Information. The Service is available only to Users who have registered and have been granted accounts with usernames and passwords. For purposes of clarity, information you provide to Kansas-Telehealth.com in order to register and set up an account on the Platform, including name, username, email address, physical address and phone number, are not considered Protected Information for purposes of the Protected Health Information section above. You agree to accurately maintain and update any information about yourself that you have provided to Kansas-Telehealth.com. If you do not keep such information current, or fail to submit truthful, accurate and complete information, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect as much, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and your use of the Service. You also agree to immediately notify Kansas-Telehealth.com of any unauthorized use of your username, password or any other breach of security that you become aware of involving or relating to the Service by contacting KsHealth.Care :: Kansas-Telehealth.com through our contact form. In addition, you agree to keep confidential your username and password and to exit from your User account at the end of each session.
